M-series—This Single Vineyard Cab is a 100% varietal wine which strives to articulate the singular expressions of the Psagot vineyard. The Psagot vineyard, nestled just north of Jerusalem in the Jerusalem Mountain, is situated over 900 meters above sea level. This wine exudes a beautiful fruit profile which integrates nicely with the spiciness of the French Oak barrels (aged 13 months).
