Elegant, smooth, and sophisticated. This Cabernet shows aromas of dark fruit, earth, and herbs. A seamless middle palate of blackberry, plum, and dark cherry with hints of tobacco and leather on a dusty tannin, richly structured finish…
This rich, full bodied Cab was produced using grapes from the prestigious Pepper Bridge and Seven Hill’s vineyards in Washington’s Walla Walla Valley.
Each lot was hand harvested ripe and gently crushed into one ton sealed fermenters. These special fermenters allow soft extraction of fruit and tannins. The wine was settled and then aged on new French and American oak for eighteen months.
