Odem Mountain Amber

Amber is a white sweet wine with amber or orange-gold color and mature deep aromas of honey and nuts. Full mouthwatering palate, balanced, round and with a long aftertaste. The production process starts in the grape vineyard. We harvest the grapes at their best ripening moment, in a handpicked night harvest, where we bring the grapes to separation, crushing and fermentation. After the fermentation, the wine is aged under bright sunbeams by the sweet fine wine tradition, for 28 months in oak casks.
