“The freedom to choose only the best of grapes and to patiently give nature its time helped me focus on crafting the wine I always dreamt of – a wine with an Israeli heart and a noble soul.” – Golan Flam
Delicately perfumed, the nose shows ripe fruit complimented by good oak spice and a light green note. On the palate the fruit is bright, concentrated and balanced by a lively fresh acidity. The spicy notes are elegant and the tannins well rounded, silky and soft. The finish is long and complex. The wine was aged 20 months in new French oak barrels.
