The essence of this White wine is the freshness and careful extraction of the fruity & floral aromas of these two noble varietals that constitute this unique wine. The Sauvignon Blanc that constitutes most of this wine is sourced from an exceptional vineyard in the slopes of Judean Hills in a very well drained soil, and is supplemented by Chardonnay sourced from the Judean Hills. Both varietals undergo low temperature fermentation, in a controlled stainless steel tank. Prior to bottling the wine is kept at low temperature for a period of 3 months for natural clarification in stainless steel tanks in order to maximally preserve the delicate fruit aromas, fine acidity & freshness
