This sophisticated blend of Cab/Merlot/Cab Franc/Petite Verdot, named Rubens is of red-burgundy in color. The wine is aged 20 months in french oak barrels. The wine develops intense aromas of summer berries along with forest fruit. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including meats, cheeses and or on its own. Well defined tannins with an everlasting finish. Serve at room temperature.
