Growing region Kidmat Zvi, Golan Heights
Production The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine were grown in a low-yield vineyard in Kidmat Zvi that yielded around 600 kg per dunam (0.1 hectares). After pressing, the wine was left on the lees for another month, underwent natural clarification and transferred to oak barrels for 16 months of aging. Not available by the case.
