Carmel's sweet, sacramental wines are sold all over the world. Jewish communities, both in Israel & in over 4 countries, use them to make kiddush. The wines are made from Carignan grapes and exhibit the intense fruit this variety is known for. The King David exported wines are made 100% from grapes with no added sugar. The sweetness is derived from blending with a mistelle.
