Soreka Sauvignon is a dry red varietal with a full bodied flavor, fruity bouquet, and deep mulberry color. Our choice Cabernet grapes are harvested by hand from the rocky terroir of the Shomron Valley, where the dry climate produces a fruit of uncommonly concentrated flavor. Our grapes are hand crushed on wooden presses and processed using time-honored artisanal methods, including aging in French and American oak barrels for the finest flavor. As winemakers for many generations, we have developed our own exclusive techniques, which are passed down from father to son. Producing in micro-batches of no more than 6,000 bottles at a time, we are able to assure our customers one-of-a-kind vintage of exceptional quality, purity and flavor.
