Yatir Sauvignon Blanc ’10
Produced from grapes grown at Ramat Arad vineyard. Following a long, cold fermentation the wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels (50% new). Pale straw in color, citrus and blossom aromas with grassy and mineral notes.
