Yarden Chardonnay

The aromatic Yarden Chardonnay displays an abundance of character: tropical fruit, fresh pear, tangy citrus and intoxicating floral, all balanced out with a layer of rich oak and hints of mineral. The wine is a study in balancing intensity, complexity and elegance. Yarden Chardonnay is great now but stays in really nice shape for five to seven years from the vintage, while steadily improving over the first few years. We love Yarden Chardonnay paired many different foods. Almost anything containing an element of wild mushrooms goes great with the wine and more intense poultry dishes, such as guinea fowl or squab.
