This wine was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Tzuba Hillside Vineyards. Crafted in sur lie style, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for four months. Rich aromas of lemon peel and delicate caramel and vanilla present on the nose. Full and fresh on the palate, with a long impressive finish.
