Tishbi Estate Cabernet Sauvignon ’10
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays an elegant body and a wide range of flavors and aromas including forest berries, plums, blackberries, cloves and just a hint of cedar. This unfiltered wine exudes a subtle earthiness and has a long finish. The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, aged together in oak barrels for a period of 12 months. The wine is an excellent companion for grilled meats, stews and quiches.
