We harvested high-quality Shiraz grapes grown on the Upper Galilee Terra Rossa soil. The wine was aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This rich, dark red wine with abundant raspberry, violet and chocolate flavors, is full bodied with a long and pleasant finish.
