Ruhlmann Riesling ’09

This traditional Riesling is a product of grapes grown is sandy granite soil on 40 year old vines. The grapes are harvested by hand and the whole berries are pressed. The result is a very bright, crystal clear, pale yellow wine with scents of citrus, pear, pineapple and lemon. Medium bodied and well balanced between fruity and floral notes. Lively acidity and a smooth texture make this wine perfect with fish, white meat or chicken dishes.
