Grapes for this full bodied Chardonnay, handpicked from a choice single vineyard in northern Galilee, are soft pressed, vinified and aged in French oak sur lie for nine months. Recanati Chardonnay exudes delicate aromas that evolve on the palate into tropical fruit, concluding in a finish that recalls caramel and almonds.
