Recanati Winery’s new Reserve label wine. It is a blend of 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot grapes harvested at a single vineyard in Kibbutz Manara.
The vineyard’s northern terroir and quality grapes enabled us to create a wine that abounds in the characteristic aromas of Cabernet Franc, with nuances of mint and eucalyptus balanced with well-integrated tannins and acidity provided by the addition of Merlot grapes. Due to the vineyard’s low crop, only 6,000 bottles of this quality wine were made.
Best served together with gourmet poultry dishes, beef and strong cheeses.
