Psagot Shiraz ’11
Psagot's Shiraz is 100% varietal wine which strives to articulate the singular expressions of the Psagot vineyard. The Psagot vineyard, nestled just north of Jerusalem in the Jerusalem Mountain is situated over 900 meters above sea level.
This wine exudes a beautiful fruit profile which integrates nicely with the spiciness of the French and American oak barrels (aged 13 months.)
