Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot 20%- Dessert wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from the winery’s vineyards, which reached optimal ripening. Immediately frozen at the winery in a controlled environment for 3 days. After extraction, the grape juice was warmed over natural olive wood fire. Barrel aged outdoors in French oak for 12 months.
