Dessert wine made from ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a 3 day controlled cooling. Grape juice fermented at a controlled temperature to maintain characteristic fruity taste. Barrel aged outdoors in French oak for 10 months.
