Elima is a unique wine produced by an innovative, groundbreaking method developed by Dr. Arkady Papikian, an international wine and vine specialist. The wine underwent a long extraction of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape skins from mature Mount Meron vineyards, followed by slow cold fermentation and aging.
