Mount Hermon Moscato is produced from Muscat Canelli grapes grown entirely on the Golan Heights. Stopping the fermentation of the juice quite early results in a product that is very aromatic, lively and unusually light and refreshing. The 2014 Mount Hermon Moscato displays an aromatic mix of fresh lemons, limes and flowers, alongside attractive tropical fruit notes. This lightly sparkling dessert wine is pleasantly sweet and eminently drinkable.
