Hevron Heights Elone Mamre Chardonnay ’11
Our Chardonnay is made from grapes selected from carefully tended vineyard on the upper side of the Judean Mountains. This classic and elegant wine was fermented in the finest French Oak Barrels, its lees stirred daily for 6 months. This traditional method result in a delicate fruit, balanced by subtle undertones of oak and vanilla. Best served at 8° C (48°F) with fish on the grill, tropical salads or Caribbean cuisine.
