Herzog– Special Reserve Cabernet Syrah ’12
This wine represents the attainment of a dream to blend two of our award winning Reserve wines into one exceptional, rare wine. The process began with the production of our highly acclaimed San Luis Obispo County Syrah and our award winning Napa County Cabernet Sauvignon. We then blended small portions of each, allowing the Cab to display its berry, plum and blackberry notes while the Syrah provided its impressive fruit aromas. We are proud that we have been able to realize our dream in this exceptional bottle of wine.
As it was only lightly filtered, it may produce natural sediment as it ages.
