Harkham Hunter Valley Shiraz ’12
This wine is made from hand harvested Shiraz grapes grown on a south-east facing slope with stony clay soils in the Hunter Valley. A traditional wine making process with aging in French oak barrels for 6 months and bottling without fining or filtration has resulted in a graceful and textured Shiraz
