This unique, white desert wine is produced from SAUVIGNON BLANC 50% and VIOGNIER 50% grapes, exposed to the sun in a focused process before the harvest and harvested late in the season, to intensify the concentrated fruit flavors that emphasize the character of the varietals. The wine has been aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is ready to be served chilled at a temperature of 10-13°c. Wine is like a person: from birth it grows in the vineyard, it youth it is vibrant, at maturity it stabilizes into a frame – the barrel – and with age it improves and is always gratifying.
