Odem Mountain Winery, in the Golan Heights, is Israel’s northernmost winery.
The wine, full bodied with firm tannins, has the aroma and flavors of blackberry, cedar and spices, which leave a long soft finish. The wine was aged in French oak barrels over a period of 18 months.
