The wine, full-bodied, smooth, and elegant, has the aroma and flavors of blackberry, pepper and cedar. Enhanced also by hints of vanilla, the flavors leave a long lasting, smooth taste. The wine was aged in fine, traditional oak barrels for 18 months.
