In the Negev deserts sits a small winery surrounded by vineyards that were planted in the early 9 ‘s Benefiting from the rich soil, cold nights followed by strong sunshine, strengthens the vines that produce a great full bodied red wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon aged 6 months in American oak, already showing generous wood but that comfortably balanced by soft near-sweet tannins and good acidity. Aromatic, opening to reveal berry, cherry, and cassis fruit, those matched by hints of bell peppers and chocolate.
