Reserve wines are stored in small oak-casks for at least 12 months, followed by bottle ripeness for another 6 months. Reserve wines have a unique flavor by combining the grape characteristics with the oak-cask notes, full bodied tannins, a touch of vanilla from the wood and a long finish.
