Reserve wines are stored in small oak-casks (Barrique) for at least 12 months, followed by bottle ripeness for at least 6 months. Hafner Reserve wines have a unique flavor by combining the grape characteristics with the oak casks notes, full-bodied tanins, a touch of vanilla from the wood and a long finish. This wine has been produced from selected grapes grown on the sunny hills of an area near Lake Neusiedl, once known through the entire Jewish world as the famous Sheva Kehillos.
