Hafner Ice Wine Muskat Ottonel ’10

These Muskat Ottonel grapes were naturally frozen on the vine and harvested at a dawn temperature of 14 f/-10 on December 5 2010. Ice wine is one of the finest sweet wines and a rarity which cannot be produced every year. Its sweetness is due to an entirely natural unfermented grape sugar.
