These Chardonnay grapes were naturally frozen on the vine and harvested at a dawn temperature of 14 F. Ice wine is one of the finest sweet wines and a rarity which cannot be produced every year. Its sweetness is due to an entirely natural unfermented grape sugar 31 brix at harvest. Enjoy this wine as an apiritif (dessert) or whenever you are in the mood for a glass of noble sweet wine.
