This wine was produced from 90% Merlot grapes and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested from vineyards planted on the slopes of the central hills in the Shomron. The was is characterized by aromas of red fruit and flowers, with smoky touches. It boasts a rich and long lasting flavor. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Under proper storage conditions it will continue to improve for the next few years. This wine was bottled unfiltered. The series consists of 3000 bottles.
