Goose Bay Viognier is made in very limited quantities from low yielding clones. A combination of clay soils and a long cool growing season result in a crisp, complex wine with layers of lemon and apricot flavors. Fermentation and lee's aging on French oak provides depth and a slight mealy character. Viognier is excellent with a wide range of meat and cheese.
