2008 was a Shmitta year in Israel.
The Golan Chardonnay shows off bright lemon and apricot notes, rounded out with hints of flowers and tropical fruits. This medium-bodied wine is a great combination of classic Chardonnay character and easy drinkability.
Golan Chardonnay is ready to enjoy yet will remain in good drinking condition for about three years from the vintage. We do not think twice before opening a bottle to accompany that fish right off the grill or that perfectly roasted chicken, hot out of the oven.
