Gilgal Pinot Noir was produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rock volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety. Aging in French oak barrels for seven months yields an elegant, attractive wine layering berry, floral and spice notes.
