An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the wine combines good body with great drinkability. While ready to enjoy now, Gilgal Cabernet-Merlot will improve in the bottle and should age gracefully for more than five years from the harvest. Try pairing the wine with slow-cooked lamb stew, grilled steaks, or a really good burger.
