Galil Mountain Merlot
In the Upper Galilee, a wild mountainous region of forested slopes, gorges, stony ridges and running streams, lie the vineyards of Galil Mountain Winery. Made from 100% Merlot grapes, this elegant structure with aromatic, complex berry fruit combined with hints of citrus and spice. Serve chilled with flavorful foods, such as grilled duck, roasted vegetables or tomato based pastas. If stored horizontally in a cool, dark place, this wine should age well over 2-4 years.
