Galil Mountain Chardonnay ’09
In the Upper Galilee, a wild mountainous region of forested slopes, gorges, stony ridges and running streams, lie the vineyards of Galil Mountain Winery. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes this wine has citrus and tropical fruit characters rounded out with attractive oak and hints of butter. Serve cold with a wide variety of vegetable, fish and poultry courses. If stored horizontally in a cool, dark place, this wine should age well over 2-3 years.
