This wine is made of Cabernet Sauvignon choice grapes, from the unique vineyards of the upper Galilee mountains, at an altitude of 780-870 meters above sea level, optimal for quality grapes. The balance of color, aroma, sweetness and quality of the fruit – combined with advanced technology and appropriate ageing in French oak for 9 months – have produced a pleasing, young, fruity, soft wine. The wine should be served at a room temperature of 64-68°f.
