Dovev Cabernet Franc ’11

The unique vineyards of the upper Galilee mountains, at an altitude of 780-870 meters above sea level, are optimal for a variety of quality grapes. This wine is produced from pure Cabernet Frank choice grapes, which have reached a high grade of ripeness, for the additional rich flavor, color, strength and quality of the fruit. The wine should be served at a room temperature of 64-68°f.
