Domaine Du Soreq Grand Vin ’11

Domaine Du Soreq is our wine cellar's premier red wine. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (50%), and Pinot Noir (20%) which produced a wine of great balance, good concentration, and a spicy peppery nose, culminating in a bouquet of aromas, and good fruit flavors, such as blueberries, blackberries, raisins, with black currants. Chocolate on the finish and a touch of vanilla. For additional complexity it has been aged in French oak barrels for 24 months and bottled in our cellar for an additional 6 months.
