Kerem Ben Zimra is one of the oldest vineyards in the Galilee. It represents the cornerstone of excellence for Dalton. The vineyard is planted on a high basalt plateau. Basalt, unusual in the Galilee, is the result of separation of the Galilee from the Bashan Ridge caused by the Syrian-African rift.
This wine is well defined and structured with elegance and restraint.
