Israeli White Wine-Galilee Region-Estate Bottled.
40% Semillon, 32% Chardonnay, 28% Viognier…. This wine is a blend of Semillon, Chardonnay and Viognier. Each element was fermented individually then blended and allowed to marry for four months in small French oak barrels before bottling. Enjoy this wine slightly chilled, with good company.
