This Limited Production Sauvignon Blanc honors traditions both old and new, Enjoy Red C in the spirit of celebration. Daniel Rogov says “Covenant, Sauvignon Blanc, Red C, Dry Creek Valley, Heraldsberg, 2010: Light golden straw in color, medium-bodied, with fine balance between acidity and fruits. On the nose and palate generous citrus and tropical fruits, those matched nicely by fresh herbs and a hint of freshly mown grass. Mouth-filling and generous with a long, elegant finish. We found it simply delicious.”
