Clos de Nouys is a small single estate, based in Vallee de Nouy, one of the finest vineyards in the heart of Vouvray. This wine is produced from Chenin Blanc grapes, mainly hand picked. The vineyard is managed according to a sustainable agriculture philosophy. Light yellow in color with green reflections. The nose is floral- acacia- with aromas of fresh almonds. The mouth is well balanced between roundness and freshness. Served chilled, this Vouvray will be perfect with cooked meats, fish and roasted poultry, but it is also ideal as an aperitif.
