Carmel “Sha’al” Merlot ’09

Carmel has done it again! This Merlot from the famed Sha’al vineyard of the Galilee is deep purple color, with a rounded, supple aroma of plums and ripe berries. Full flavored with a smooth, velvety finish. After fermentation on its skins the wine was aged for ten months on French oak. Drink at least until 2019.
