Carmel Gewurztraminer Late Harvest ’19

Single Vineyards Gewurztraminer derives from grapes cultivated in the Macphea Hill vineyard, close to the “Valley of Tears” in the north eastern Upper Galilee, 3,280 ft above sea level. The climate conditions and extreme humidity in this region naturally created remarkably flavorful grapes that were carefully selected for the creation of this wine. The grape clusters were gently pressed, followed by fermentation at a low temperature to preserve their natural fragrance. This specially crafted late harvest wine will age and develop in flavor for many years to come.
