Matured in French oak barrels for 12 months, this wine is a deep purple in color with aromas of black currants, violets, and leather. The wine is full bodied with a long well balanced finish. In order to preserve its full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
